Situated at 150 Lawrence Street, the building rises to a height of 250 feet on a 7,495 square foot lot, providing 99 residential units alongside commercial and office uses at the lower levels. The project totals approximately 83,691 square feet of floor area, including 74,047 square feet of residential space and 9,644 square feet of commercial space.

The building’s massing follows zoning requirements with a 15-foot setback along its narrow street frontage. Residents have access to over 3,700 square feet of indoor and outdoor recreation space distributed between the second floor, cellar, and roof. Bicycle parking for 57 bicycles is provided in the cellar.

150 Lawrence is distinguished by its modern, minimalistic white metal panel façade, where a rhythmic folding motion creates a dynamic interplay of light and shadow. Large, lightweight metal panels shift at varying angles, introducing a subtle texture that changes throughout the day as sunlight interacts with the surface. The folds cast shifting shadows that enhance the visual rhythm while maintaining a clean, elegant profile that complements the surrounding urban landscape.

At street level, the ground floor is designed as a double-height transparent space, bringing the folding motif to pedestrian scale through elegant, sculptural pillars. This open, light-filled entry sequence creates a seamless transition between the commercial base and the residential tower above, reinforcing a sense of openness and connection to the neighborhood.
The building’s minimalism is intentional and disciplined, relying on proportion, detail, and materiality to convey its sophistication. The pure white finish is both timeless and bold, providing a luminous backdrop to the surrounding urban texture of Brooklyn.
