This project is a 6-story residential building located in Bushwick; a rapidly developing section of Brooklyn. An eclectic mix of artistic and industrial elements, Bushwick is a prime location for this project, which will consist of 10 new apartments. The building’s facade is a collage of raw materials and textures woven together to reflect and celebrate various facets of its industrial surrounds. The Corten steel introduces an immediate warmth juxtaposed against the stark concrete base, both capturing the essence of the area and working to marry the aesthetic mix of industrial and residential.
